| Pandemic Control Measures

Pandemic control measures are subject to change with the relevant requirements.

 

In accordance with the latest policies set forth by the city of Hangzhou, all conference participants must wear masks and present "dual green lights" (digital passcards and digital itinerary), and submit to a temperature check before entry to the conference. Read on for other measures taken to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

 

1)  PCR testing requirements

 

All participants that have visited areas outside of Zhejiang (14 days prior to the conference) and participants attending the keynote session on 19th October, 2021 shall present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within the last 48 hours. Test results from all regions within mainland China are accepted (both paper and digital copies). The 2021 Apsara Conference Organizing Committee has also prepared a health screening station, which will provide PCR testing for participants who can produce proof of participation to the 2021 Apsara Conference. Please refer to the following table for a list of times when PCR testing is available:

2) Participants from medium- and high-risk areas

 

Please note that participants from medium- and high-risk areas (districts and municipalities) will be unable to participate in the 2021 Apsara Conference. We express our sincerest regrets for any inconvenience caused.

 

3）Other information

 

Participants from outside mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) shall be allowed to enter only if they can provide proof that they have resided within mainland China for at least two months as of the date of entry to the 2021 Apsara Conference. Entry and exit records will be verified at the entrance. Participants that do not meet the above criteria will not be allowed to enter the conference. We express our sincerest regrets for any inconvenience caused.

| Transportation Options

 

There are various transportation options to the 2021 Apsara Conference. Participants can choose to travel by public transport, subway, shuttle bus, and a variety of ride-hailing options. The 2021 Apsara Conference Organizing Committee is finalizing the route and schedule for the shuttle busses. Please stay tuned for updates.

The 2021 Apsara Conference provides a wide range of dining options to sate your appetite. Halls D and F are the designated dining areas within the conference.

2.The check-in requirements for each hotel are subject to change based on individual management policies. We recommend that you make reservations in advance and understand and comply with the pandemic control requirements of the hotels to ensure that your trip is not unexpectedly cut short.

 

3.The 2021 Apsara Conference shall not interfere with private matters. Any disputes that arise between participants and the hotels shall be dealt with between the participants and hotels.
