1. When and where will the 2023 Apsara Conference be held?

The 2023 Apsara Conference will be held from October 31 to November 2 at the International Convention and Exhibition Center, Hangzhou Yunqi Town, China. Access to the 2023 Apsara Conference is restricted to participants with a valid ticket.

2. How many types of passes does the conference offer? What are the benefits of each type of pass?

The 2023 Apsara Conference offers two types of passes: VIP passes and guest passes. VIP pass holders can attend the keynote session and all breakout sessions, enter all exhibition halls, enjoy VIP-dedicated business lunches, enter the VIP Lounges, and use exclusive entrance channels. Guest pass holders can only attend the breakout sessions and enter the exhibition halls on the dates specified in the pass application. Passes are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that seats for all sessions are not reserved and will be filled based on the order of arrival. Additionally, certain closed-door sessions are exclusively available to invited guests.

3. Why do I have to submit my identity information?

In compliance with the security requirements set by the regulator for large-scale events, participants must complete real-name authentication. It is important to provide an identity document number when filling out the pass application. When entering the conference venue, you will be asked to present your original identity documents for identity verification.

4. Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

No, transferring passes is not allowed.

5. Can I have multiple passes for the conference?

No. Each person can only apply for one pass with one Alibaba Cloud account, mobile phone number, and ID number.

6. Is there an age limit for participants?

Participants under 18 years old must have a pass and be accompanied by their legal guardians to attend the conference.

7. At the conference, how can I check in and enter the venue?

After your ticket is confirmed, please bring your original identity document (matching the identity information used for your registration) and use the special track for international guests to check in at the conference.
