  • 1. How can I get the admission ticket?

    To get a VIP ticket, you can contact the overseas team of Alibaba Cloud in advance to apply for it, or get it at the VIP sign-in desk on site. To get an ordinary ticket, you can have it after photo collection by the Computing Conference personnel on site.

  • 2. Are tickets valid for four days from October 13 to October 16?

    Yes. Participants can come in to and leave the conference hall multiple times during these four days.

  • 3. Must participants use their own tickets?

    Yes. In 2016 Computing Conference · Hangzhou Summit, tickets are all used based on participants' real names. Participants must present their ID card/passport before getting tickets and must have their photos collected. Tickets and photos are checked on the entrance. If you use another person's photo or unable to show your ID card/passport, the conference personnel will have to take your ticket back and ask you to leave the conference hall.

  • 4. Can I buy group tickets?

    Yes. You can use an Alibaba Cloud account to apply for up to 15 ordinary tickets on the official website; you can get a 10% discount if you buy more than five VIP tickets at a time.

  • 5. Is there a team entrance?

    A: No. In order to maximize the entrance efficiency, there is no team entrance set for participants.

  • 6. Is there an entrance set specially for foreign guests?

    No. There is no special entrance set.
